Project: Dept of Finance Events | DV4 Creative Digital Agency

The Department of Finance worked with DV4 to produce a series of hybrid and virtual events for the Commission on Taxation and Welfare (COTW) . This challenging event involved expert speakers around the world and in-studio, live captioners and signers for accessibility. DV4 perforemed technical tests of all remote speakers in advance to help improve their video and audio quality where possible as well as to minimise any identified potential techical risks where possible. The live stream and recordings of the series of events ran without issue and were very well received by journalists and the public alike.
